The IEB of St. Chad's Catholic and Church of England High School wish to appoint a well-qualified and innovative leader to join the Senior Leadership Team in our small family school.  We have a strong culture and a big heart built on a strong set of Christian values. 

St Chad’s is a school which is ambitious for its students and staff and are  looking for someone with vision, drive and strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effective impact.  Specific responsibilities will be discussed at interview and will be matched to your experience, strengths and development needs.
