Ashley High School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Assistant Headteacher with SENCO experience to join our supportive and innovative staff team.  The successful candidate will:

• Take strategic responsibility for our basic skills curriculum, including literacy and numeracy
• Lead on interventions and inclusion, ensuring every pupil gets the support they need
• Play a key role in whole-school leadership, shaping the future of our school
• Have significant experience and a proven track record in special education, particularly with pupils with social communication difficulties and ASC
