We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Finance Assistant, with good financial acumen, strong 
organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and who is confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders.


You will provide a professional, comprehensive, efficient and effective clerical support service for the 
school’s finance function. You will support the Finance Officer to process orders and invoices on the 
school financial systems, scanning documents to the system and providing clerical support in other areas of the school if required. 


The role will involve supporting the Finance Officer to ensure all transactions are processed and 
reconciled in a timely manner. 


The successful candidate will have good analytical and problem-solving skills and be an excellent 
communicator, both written and verbally.
