We are looking for an experienced, skilled and flexible professional to join our friendly team.

Experience of working in the Early Years from aged 2 years is essential for this role.

The successful applicant must have the following qualities:

- Have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents.

- Be calm, caring and encouraging with our children so they feel safe and secure in your care.

- Use positive behaviour management strategies.

- Be flexible and committed to the school; working as part of a team to provide outstanding provision.

- Be prepared to learn and develop their own skills and understanding of the full Primary School Curriculum from Early Years to Year 6

- Hold at least a level 2 full and relevant early years qualification or similar teaching assistant qualification
