Job title: Early Years Lead Practitioner – Level 5

Salary: HBC 5/6 SCP 12-23

Reporting to: Deputy Headteacher

We have an exciting opening for an Early Years Lead Practitioner (EYLP) L5 to work alongside our Senior Leadership Team and Apprentice EYLP.

This is a good opportunity for both personal and professional development.

The EYLP will take an operational lead for the care, learning and development of young children within their care, and lead and support the practice of others.

The position will initially be based in the 2-year-old provision.

Experienced Level 3 EYFS practitioners who are ready to take the next step will also be considered for a position as an Apprentice EYLP.
