Due to increased pupil numbers in September 2026, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Teaching Assistant at Birchfield Nursery School. This is a Fixed Term position until 21st July 2027

The successful candidate will have experience of working within early years environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of supervising small groups of children
• An ability to work as part of a time, demonstrating effective communication
• Experience working with children with SEN
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative to manage and deliver support plans
• A positive attitude, flexibility, professionalism and pride in their work
• The ability to create a safe and welcoming environment
• Willingness to attend training to ensure legislation is adhered to.
