Salary: YT5 – YT7 £25,323 - £26,434 FTE (£22,188 - £23,162 actual).

The Raise Academy specialises in social, emotional and mental-health and supporting pupils aged 11-16. With recent changes to the school structure and our continued growth and expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity to appoint an additional Teaching Assistant to our team.

Teaching Assistants play a key role in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, working closely with teachers to create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities will include providing classroom support, promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation, supporting learning activities and interventions, building positive relationships with pupils, and contributing to the safeguarding, wellbeing and personal development of all students.  Working pattern, Monday - Thursday 8.30-4.30pm, Friday 8.00-4.00pm, term time.
