We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, talented and committed KS3 Lead for Science to enhance our successful team. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring leader to play a key role in delivering a high-quality educational experience for all students.

About the Role

As KS3 Lead for Science, you will:

  • - Provide leadership for the curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment and student outcomes within KS3 Science.
  • - Play a pivotal role in securing exceptional Quality of Education through the delivery of an ambitious curriculum, working closely with the Subject Lead
  • - Strive for high standards of teaching and learning, and strong outcomes for all students
  • - Champion The Heath Standard of Teaching, promote a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement, and ensure that all learners, including disadvantaged students, students with SEND and other vulnerable groups, are supported to achieve their full potential.
